IV. Lunar New Year Dinner:

b. Sell dumplings with the last week of ticket sales
c. Check how many dumplings we made for the Dinner last year

e. Talk to Chang about Korean drummers—siu kay
f. Compile a list of people for the serving crew (only they get to eat for free)

V. Spring Conference

b. Check SARC office for availability of : Sanders Auditorium, Rocky 200/300, Villard Room, UpC, Aula—but don’t book anything yet (Peter)

EB minutes—01/17/10

I. Lunar New Year:
- confirm date with Dorathea (Feb 20th)
- tabling: 8th, 9th, 10th, 15th, 16th, 17th, (11-3pm)
- 12-13 tables for sitting ~ 150 people
- last year: we pre-sold 150 tickets: tickets only hold seat until ~630
- entertainment: SK- lion dancing (they can’t do it anymore, think of something else)
- compile list of people for setting up /serving food– ASC (starting at 2pm)
- Food:
edamame/ shrimp chips
dumpling /spring rolls
buddhist delight/ broccoli beef/sesame chicken/ scallion pancakes
kimchi/ meatless japchae
mango pudding
- drinks: water/ soda
- have beige table cloth
- general timeline: start setting up at 2, opening doors for ticket holders at 6, 620 for non ticket- general announcement at 630- performance at 715
