Saturday tabling at ALANA Fest: t-shirts and bubble tea? or dumplings?
Advertizing (community ASC): get advertizements up by Fri/Sat
-Tina Kim flyer, Beau Sia flyer, schedule of events flyer
-don't really advertize BBQ to whole campus
-2 banners, get pics off website
-make a logo for the conference?
-reserve a spot w/ SARC office
Menu for breakfast: bagels (~30), cream cheese, fruit, coffee & tea, hot chocolate, orange juice, muffins
Menu for dinner: burgers (180), veggie burgers (50), hot dogs (100), chips, salads from stop & shop, veggie platter
People from other schools @ conference get shirt w/ $15 fee for attendance
