BBQ Overview:
-cooking needs more prep time
-more activities needed
-good turnout!
-things should have been planned earlier
-more efficiency: be on time!!!
-Jason/President cannot leave in the middle of an event
-delegate work better
- we are tax exempt from Stop & Shop!
-don't account for savings when grocery shopping; they change too frequently
-we have burgers left over, but more of them might have been eaten had we cooked them faster
-we should have someone with a car, just in case we need anything quickly in the middle of an event

-President's Circle not yet met
-ECAASU at Cornell this year; find housing; take driving classes (for this and other events where we need transportation)
-someone is bringing Frank Wu (he wrote "Yellow: Race in America Beyond Black and White"); we should help advertize
-try to sell the left-over burgers; if not, then just cook them
-we want KT Katara! Jason call.
-Rich contact Magnetic North
-try to get Socheata Poeuv; she's been to Vassar before; try to get for after Oct. Break
-lantern-making approved for Mooncake Festival
