7:00 PM meeting called to order.

This Wednesday: Meeting with BSU about skin-whitening creams. 2 hours. Start at 7. Moderated by Yuri. Open to all SOC groups.

Casey & Darren: meeting with Gina from MHCC this Sunday the 3rd. Wants to have a meeting to talk about mentoring programs. Try to do something Sunday the 6th or 13th. Ellen go as well.

APRIL:
Friday 4th:
• Ryan Takemiya: lecture, then panel discussion with Magnetic North and Christina Chung
• Mag North & Christina Chung performance at night
o Sushi: bought 40 sheets of nori seaweed
o Order ~$200 worth of sushi
o Ellen has salmon, so we can make salmon + cream cheese roll
o Tea? Someone talk to ACDC about the hot water. Get milk, tea
o Decorations? Send e-mail to let people know to bring Christmas lights
o Seating: Tables in the back, open floor towards the front
o Advertising: print out huge poster. Have flyers done by Wednesday/Thursday at latest. Make calendar of events to put into people’s mailboxes, and make flyer for Ryan Takemiya/Sushi and Tea thing.
Thursday 10:
• Danger & Beauty: Ishle, Taiyno Na, Heather Park, Giles Li
• Set up chairs
Monday 21st
• Kenji Oshino: he has his own materials so we don’t have to advertise for him
• We’ll have lunch with him, and then he’ll have a campus-wide lecture at 5

ALANA Fest:
• We have to sell something, but we can’t sell food
• Usually we sell T-shirts, but we don’t have money… ☹
