“As for the lecture, I was under the impression that I was going to lecture for 45 minutes on Hip Hop in East Asia and APIA Hip Hop here in America and where APIA Hip Hop is headed. Then once I was done the panel would immediately follow where Magnetic North and Christina Chung would each take a few minutes to introduce themselves, say a little something, and then open it up to Q&A for the rest of the time. So that would be: Lecture - 45 minutes, Intros - 10 minutes, Audience Q&A ~ 40 minutes = 95 minutes (1 hr. & 35 mins).”
Ask him to cut down his lecture. Chao e-mail Kathy Brown to get all-campus e-mail out.

Important Note: We need all performers to sign a Vassar Contract. These contracts have to be e-mailed to performers and then mailed back to us by one-day mail (we’ll reimburse them) so that the check can be cut ASAP. All performers are aware that the check will not be cut by Friday and they are okay with it.
