1:17 pm meeting called to order
Interview Committee Chair before the end of the year. Email Committee Chair Nominations. Have them reply by Monday 5th. If times don’t work give 2-3 times you are available. Interview day options during study week: Tuesday 13th 2-4 or Friday 9th 3-5. Formal interview 15 minutes.
For the last GB meeting hand out surveys. For study break we'll have pizza, games, episodes of Bleach. Get 5-7 pizzas.
Changed passwords for accounts
Clean out office Monday 12th @ 3
- Throw out couch
- Get a desk/tables/chairs/new couch?
- Talk to SASA about a collab job
- Find a big calendar to put all our events on
- Work on vision statement during office cleaning
- EB meeting after
We need more pictures. Bring camera for EBM when we clean office and to the next GBM.
Andrew will contact current members asking who wants to be a big sib and will contact future freshmen asking if they want a big sib.
Summer Plans
- Work on mission statement
- Jenni will contact Illiteracy. We're probably looking at a 20 minute set
- Work on T shirt designs: American apparel? But they don’t do screen printing. Have to find someone else
- Get a banner
- Brainstorm on bonding activities for committees and EB.
Next year let’s try to find some other groups that move away from hip hop
- Dance performers maybe?
- Can we find someone people recognize?
- Bring lady from ECAASU: D-Lo (collab with SASA?)

- Try to bring someone big by end of September or early October
