Info
They need 1.2 million dollars to build the school. Trying to get government to pay for it. We’re raising money for supplies.

Food
Ask about food allergies and number of people. Order Japanese? Long subs? Ask about getting cheese platters for audience of show

Getting equipment
Roll equipment from main to upc. Send 3 people over for sound equipment when we start setting up at 4. GB e-mail for set up. Reese, Andrew, and Stanton in charge of sound equipment. BRING CAMERAS!

Set up/Decoration
Send out e-mail to set up and clean up ask for Christmas lights – pick up a few lights from the dollar store? Recreate intimate feel of SOC dinner with hanging cloth. Use crepe paper around columns. Crepe paper to cover big lights. Use couches to create semicircles to outline the area and give it a more comfortable feeling. Banners of event on door of ACDC and entrance of event. Info and photos on walls of school project. Have Donation box outside. Have a monetary goal of 1000 dollars?
