I. Activities Fair:
- -sell shirts
- -have little flyers for first meeting and picnic
- -play music on laptops (get list)
- -get candies (good mix of asian/American candy)
II. Meet Me in Poughkeepsie: September 15th – last day to register
- think of list of things to do/ places to go to
III. 1st ASA Meeting:
- start earlier (7:30 to 9) Tuesday 09/08/09
- -name tags
- -introductions, blow wind blows, think up questions
- -cake?
- -Pizza (5?)
- -Intro/games/food
IV. PICNIC: (1-4pm)
- -no Joss (Frances Quadrangle/ Noyes Circle/ Library Quad)
- -sandwiches: turkey, ham, lettuce, tomatoes, salami, hummus
