EB minutes--12/10/09
I. Event Debrief:
- good advertising- flyers and stuff- attracted non- SOC people
- start setting up an hour earlier—a little rushed for time
- make sure ASC members who are coming to help is ON TIME
- Aula: good choice as opposed to UpC, more intimate
- mochi was a good idea!
- party: how did it turn into a party?(unexpected) – take house out to dinner as compensation

II. Semester Debrief:
- Send out survey to GB
-Try to plan GB meeting topics in advance- easier for spacing of events and flyering
- Think about topics/ make flyer during winter break
- Google calendar- to plan out events – make flexible syllabus
a. Fundraising:
- stick to the good stuff
b. Blogspot:
- get back on to posting
- everyone do two posts over winter break

III. Next Semester:
a. Lunar New Year Dinner:
- Feburary 20th
- Book UpC: reserve for whole day (noon- midnight)
- Food Stuff:

• Shrimp chips
• dumplings
• edamame
• NO spring rolls
• From Chan’s: Buddhist Delight, Sesame Chicken, Broccoli Beef and rice
• Dessert…. Mochi? (people usually leave by dessert)

- Tickets- make? Or just have lines with names?
-Performances: students? Tiger-themed?
b. ECAASU
- get check out
- Holiday Inn Runnemeade: 9.7 miles from UPenn

c. Conference
- start contacting people

IV. ASC
- meet with ASC beginning of next semester
- Casino Night: fundraising for LiNK?

V. Paying people back?
- Liv? Chao? Talk to them.

VI. Misc.
- dumpling sale: LiNK—get in contact with them
- HBV awareness
- Bring Bone Marrow during ALANA Fest for next year

VII. 1 or 2 skype meetings over break
- some time around January 5th
- 9pm (NY)/ 6pm (CA)/ 10 am (China)
